At REVINE, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:
30-Day Free Return

Eligibility: You can return any full-price items within 30 days of receiving your order. If returning an item that you received and believe has a manufacturer issue, please let us know ASAP, and return this within the 30 day window as well. Our pieces are made from high quality materials, so we do not return items over months of owning that have experienced general wear and tear.
- Condition: Any items sent back NOT in the following conditions, WILL NOT receive a refund payment. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached, and all bags intact.
- Free Returns: We offer free returns for all eligible items within the 30-day window. Simply contact our customer support team regarding return labels, and instructions for sending the item back.
- Refund Method: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 1-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Sale Items
- No Returns on Sale Items: Items purchased on FINAL sale, clearance, or promotional discounts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to review your selections carefully before making a purchase on sale items.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at REVINEACTIVE.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate your return.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack your item securely in the original packaging (if available) and include the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Ship It Back: follow our given instructions, and drop off the package at the nearest shipping location.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, you mush return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in processing a return or exchange, and cover any return shipping costs.
