Processing Time(PRE ORDERS)
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days from the time they are placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g., sales events or holidays), please allow additional time for processing.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times( PRE ORDERS ONLY)
Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location.
- Standard Shipping (PRE ORDERS) : 21-30 business days.
- International Shipping( PRE ORDERS) Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 20-30 business days).
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), and weather conditions.
Shipping Rates

Domestic Orders (within Australia): Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the weight of the order.
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $120
- Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $120, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies for standard shipping.

International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the shipping cost at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at REVIVEACTIVE.com and we’ll assist you.
Please note * you will not receive any tracking updates until your order is shipped. (21-28 days)
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.
- Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times or additional shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution.
- Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely shipment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee changes to an order after it has been submitted. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at REVIVEACTIVE.com or 0408455844, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note * we cannot cancel orders once placed. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you WILL pay a 50% cancellation fee of your order total, to accomodate for costs.
Customs & Import Duties (For International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
- Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees or restrictions before placing an order.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delayed or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returns & Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: For eligible items returned within 30 days, REVINE offers free return shipping on full-price items.
- Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
